Tanıtım sayfaları çerez kullanmaz; müşteri paneli yalnızca oturumunuzu sürdürmek için zorunlu bir oturum çerezi kullanır (aşağıya bakın).It contains no analytics or advertising tools and loads nothing from third-party servers. The public pages use no cookies; the customer panel uses one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in (see below).

Ses yalnızca siz dinlemeyi başlattığınızda çalar.Listening to the live music needs no sign-up or personal details. During a listen only the name of the setting you chose is sent to the server; your microphone is not used, and all that is recorded is that "a listen started/ended", which is not linked to you. Sound plays only when you start listening.
- Kötüye kullanımı sınırlamak için IP adresleri yalnızca kısa süre ve bellekte tutulur; veritabanına yazılmaz.To limit abuse, IP addresses are held only briefly in memory and are not written to the database.
Pilot başvuru formuPilot application form
Formda verdiğiniz ad soyad, kurum/mekân, e-posta, mekân türü ve seçtiğiniz dil, başvuru zamanıyla birlikte sunucudaki veritabanına kaydedilir. Bu bilgiler başvurunuzu değerlendirmek ve sizinle iletişime geçmek için kullanılır. Siteye bir kampanya bağlantısıyla geldiyseniz (örneğin Instagram'dan), bağlantıdaki kampanya etiketleri (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) de başvuruyla birlikte saklanır; böylece başvurunun hangi kanaldan geldiği görülür. Ana sayfaya böyle bir bağlantıyla gelindiğinde, yalnızca o günün ve etiketlerin sayacı bir artırılır (sekme başına bir kez); size ait hiçbir bilgi bu sayaçla saklanmaz ya da ilişkilendirilmez. Başvurunuz ayrıca bir bildirim olarak kendi e-posta kutumuza (info@atmosfera.com.tr, Hostinger üzerinde) iletilir.The name, organisation/venue, email, venue type and language you provide are stored in the server database with the time of submission. They are used to assess your application and to contact you. If you arrived through a campaign link (from Instagram, for example), the link's campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) are stored with the application too, so we can see which channel it came from. When the home page is opened through such a link, only a counter for that day and those tags goes up by one (once per tab); nothing about you is stored with it or linked to it. Your application is also sent as a notification to our own mailbox (info@atmosfera.com.tr, hosted by Hostinger).

Müşteri paneli hesabıCustomer panel account
- Kayıt olurken verdiğiniz ad soyad, e-posta, isteğe bağlı kurum/mekân adı ve dil tercihiniz; hesabın oluşturulma ve son giriş zamanıyla birlikte saklanır. Şifreniz düz metin olarak değil, geri döndürülemeyen bir özet (scrypt) olarak saklanır.The name, email, optional organisation/venue name and language you give when signing up are stored with the account's creation and last sign-in times. Your password is never stored as text, only as an irreversible hash (scrypt).
- Giriş yaptığınızda tarayıcınıza zorunlu bir oturum çerezi (atm_session) konur; 30 gün kullanılmazsa sona erer. Sunucuda bu çerezin yalnızca özeti tutulur. Çıkış yaptığınızda oturum silinir.Signing in sets a strictly necessary session cookie (atm_session) that expires after 30 days without use. The server keeps only a hash of it. Signing out deletes the session.
- Mekân cihazları için oluşturduğunuz bağlantıların adı, oluşturulma ve son kullanım zamanı saklanır; bağlantı anahtarının sunucuda yalnızca özeti tutulur.For device links you create, their name and creation and last-use times are stored; the server keeps only a hash of the link key.

On your request, your account, sessions and password links are deleted without delay (and drop out of the encrypted backups within 30 days at the latest); send your request to info@atmosfera.com.tr.

- Mikrofon yalnızca ortam ses seviyesini (desibel) hesaplamak için kullanılır; ses kaydedilmez ve sunucuya gönderilmez.The microphone is used only to compute the ambient sound level (decibels); no audio is recorded or sent to the server.
- Müzik parametrelerini belirlemek için ses seviyesi değeri, saat, hava durumu ve şehir bilgisi yurt dışındaki bir yapay zekâ hizmet sağlayıcısına gönderilir.To determine music parameters, the sound-level value, time, weather and city are sent to an AI service provider abroad.
- Hava durumu için konum bilgisi sunucu üzerinden OpenWeatherMap'e iletilir; şehir adı için tarayıcı OpenStreetMap Nominatim'e başvurur.For weather, location is passed through our server to OpenWeatherMap; for the city name, the browser queries OpenStreetMap Nominatim.
- Çalışma, çalma/duraklatma ve kesinti kayıtları mekân kimliğiyle tutulur ve panelde mekân sahibine gösterilir.Running, play/pause and interruption records are kept per venue identifier and shown to the venue owner in the panel.
YedeklerBackups
Veri kaybına karşı veritabanının günlük yedeği alınır. Yedekler sunucudan çıkmadan önce şifrelenir, en fazla 30 gün saklanır ve sonra silinir. Şifreli yedekler GitHub'ın (yurt dışında, ABD) özel bir deposunda barındırılır; şifre çözme anahtarı GitHub'da bulunmaz.The database is backed up daily against data loss. Backups are encrypted before they leave the server, kept for at most 30 days and then deleted. The encrypted backups are hosted in a private GitHub repository (abroad, in the US); the decryption key is not stored at GitHub.
